Traditional Ikat technique where threads are tied off and dyed before weaving to create an intricate design. Woven with Cambodian produced golden silk. Golden silk is thought to have been introduced from Northern India during Angkorian times. Production was once a thriving industry in Cambodia... Now we are hoping to be a part of it's revival!
